Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement production systems in Go, Java, and Python.
- Build and optimize backend services, databases, APIs, and LLM infrastructure.
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI- and LLM-based systems at scale.
- Mentor and guide junior through senior engineers and promote technical excellence.
- Lead initiatives from concept through deployment and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams on scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems.
- Hands-on production experience with AI/ML and/or LLM systems.
- Expertise in distributed-systems design and implementation and strong programming ability.
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives from idea to deployment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
- Strong English communication skills in global, multicultural teams.
- Preferred qualifications include open-source contributions or significant personal technical projects and experience integrating AI capabilities into large-scale enterprise products.
