Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, architecture, delivery, and evolution of complex technology solutions across critical platforms and products.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and some Java.
- Build and integrate GenAI applications using LLMs, agentic implementations, MCP tools and infrastructure, A2A designs, RAG data solutions, vector storage, and prompt and context authoring.
- Use GenAI coding assistants, including Copilot and Agent mode, to improve development velocity and solution quality.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions with global teams.
- Participate in Agile meetings, provide project status, and adapt solutions to evolving regulatory and business requirements.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and maintain reliable, maintainable code.
- Provide technical leadership and influence teams, developers, and programs across a large enterprise.
Requirements
- At least six years of overall software development experience and five or more years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean Python code.
- Experience using GenAI coding assistants such as Copilot, including Agent mode and Skills.
- Experience developing GenAI applications with LLMs, agentic implementations, data integration into LLM context, MCP tools and infrastructure, A2A design and development, RAG, vector storage, and prompt and context authoring.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, and observability tools.
- Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, work ethic, and oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to write thorough unit tests covering major logic components.
