Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy offline object detection and tracking modules.
- Guide project execution with a team of less experienced members.
- Stay updated on AI and machine learning developments for autonomous driving.
- Develop perception models using disciplined software development processes.
- Document applications created.
- Define and implement data ingestion and governance for large datasets.
- Proactively evaluate current capabilities and propose improvements.
- Measure and track the quality of automatic labeling.
- Support data visualization and accessibility.
- Evaluate technical advancements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Develop guidelines for machine learning models and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field with over 6 years of experience.
- Master's degree in a relevant field with over 3 years of experience, or a PhD with at least 1 year of experience.
- Expertise in active learning and pseudo-labeling, computer vision, and deep learning.
- Experience with 2D/3D object detection, tracking, sensor fusion, and semantic segmentation.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and frameworks for large-scale machine learning.
- Proficiency in distributed machine learning frameworks like PyTorch.
- Strong software development skills in Python and experience with CI/CD systems.
