Responsibilities
- Explore client needs and drive the creation of a technical roadmap.
- Shape and build Thoughtworks' cloud and infrastructure practice.
- Ensure continuous delivery and evolution of infrastructure and applications.
- Monitor and ensure technical expectations are met on projects.
- Provide expertise in DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure engineering.
- Establish partnerships with client leadership across functions.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer with skills in Azure, IaC, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Ability to lead the design of enterprise hosting platforms and administer application servers.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and application hosting technologies.
- Experience with software delivery teams and knowledge of DevOps philosophies and Agile methods.
- Proficiency in scripting and building Linux/Windows servers or container clusters.
- Experience with CI/CD tools across different tech stacks.
- Familiarity with monitoring systems and security concerns in infrastructure.
