Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, sales teams, field engineering, and specialized internal groups to accelerate customer adoption.
- Lead technical account strategy and execution for strategic accounts from technical win through production and healthy workload consumption.
- Own technical delivery for customer use cases, including onboarding, enablement, go-live, adoption, optimization, governance, and escalation management.
- Create and execute plans for moving use cases into production and coordinate Professional Services engagement proposals.
- Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
- Manage executive and operational stakeholder relationships and provide KPI reporting on customer health, investment status, risks, adoption, and use-case progression.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Experience attributing business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
- Experience with technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, performing business analysis, and managing complex programs or projects.
- Track record of overachievement against quotas, goals, or similar objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
