Responsibilities
- Define and communicate team vision, goals, long-term strategy, and architectural direction in partnership with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Lead architecture reviews and system design decisions, balancing reliability, security, performance, cost, scalability, and maintainability.
- Build, manage, coach, and develop an inclusive team of Solutions Architects and provide actionable feedback and career guidance.
- Establish workflows, service-level agreements, audit mechanisms, and metrics to support operational excellence and data-driven quality.
- Simplify processes and use generative artificial intelligence tools and reusable patterns to improve productivity and accelerate solution delivery.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, prepare leadership narratives, track objectives, and identify emerging risks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience architecting or operating solutions built on cloud service providers such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.
- 2+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
- 8+ years of experience developing technology solutions and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps for cloud-focused IT transformations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles.
- Preferred: experience in cloud architecture and CXO-level engagement.
