Responsibilities
- Design and drive end-to-end enterprise and digital architectures across business, application, data, and integration domains.
- Lead architecture assessments and define future-state target architectures for insurance companies.
- Develop scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions involving InsureMO and drive embedded finance solutions in insurance.
- Partner with business, product, partner, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams to translate objectives into technology solutions.
- Facilitate architecture discussions, workshops, governance reviews, and stakeholder engagement across distributed teams.
- Support implementations involving PAS, middleware, InsureMO, and digital solutions throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and platform teams while maintaining an application and data architecture focus.
- Contribute to AI-enabled transformation, modernization, enterprise data platform, digital portal, and large-scale integration initiatives.
Requirements
- Experienced technology strategy or architecture consultant with insurance core transformation experience in life, non-life, or both areas.
- At least one implementation of InsureMO in an Indian insurance context is required.
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and data architecture.
- Understanding of application integration patterns, distributed architectures, cloud-native and hybrid architectures, containerized platforms, and modern application deployment models.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience operating in complex, fast-paced enterprise environments with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Preferred experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs and data product, enterprise application, and integration-heavy ecosystems.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery involvement.
