Base Salary
$73k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define performance baselines, KPIs, SLAs, and system health metrics for global Teamcenter environments.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across key Teamcenter transactions.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across application, infrastructure, storage, network, and database layers.
- Lead performance monitoring, synthetic transactions, thresholding, alerting, trend analysis, and operational runbooks.
- Perform capacity planning, sizing, architecture reviews, and performance assessments to improve scalability and availability.
- Lead complex root-cause investigations and publish RCA reports with preventive-action recommendations.
- Support and optimize Teamcenter 2-tier, 4-tier, Active Workspace, Enterprise Tier, FSC/FMS, Dispatcher, and Multi-Site deployments.
- Drive closure of recurring performance issues and continuous improvements to response times and user experience.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Teamcenter architecture and enterprise-scale PLM deployments is required.
- Experience with Teamcenter 2-tier, 4-tier, web, Enterprise Tier, Active Workspace, FSC/FMS, Dispatcher, and Multi-Site architectures is required.
- Experience with BMIDE, the Teamcenter security model, TEM, Deployment Center, upgrades, migrations, patching, and environment refreshes is required.
- Experience defining performance baselines and conducting load, stress, endurance, scalability, and transaction testing is required.
- Experience with Teamcenter Performance Monitor, Nagios, Splunk, Grafana, Power BI, JMX, process and service health analysis, and log correlation is required.
- Experience with Oracle SQL tuning, execution plans, AWR, ASH, statistics, connection pools, and JVM analysis is required.
- Experience with Tomcat or WebSphere and Linux or Windows performance diagnostics is required.
- Knowledge of CPU, memory, disk I/O, storage latency, network analysis, high availability, disaster recovery, and load balancing is required.
- Strong experience leading complex performance investigations and cross-functional root-cause analysis across Teamcenter, databases, storage, networks, and operating systems is required.
