Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction for high-impact AI products.
- Collaborate across teams to turn innovative ideas into shipped systems.
- Enhance how AI is built, evaluated, and operated in production.
- Drive product innovation and engineering execution.

Requirements
- 8+ years of AI/ML development experience with a track record of product success.
- 5+ years of deep experience in Python and 2+ years with a backend language.
- Hands-on experience with foundation models like OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Experience designing evaluation pipelines for model interpretability.
- Strong expertise in LLM integration patterns and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of AIOps and data pipelines.
- Effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Machine Learning or related field.
