Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain Workday HCM technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, SFTP, and integration platforms.
- Configure Workday business processes, notifications, validations, condition rules, approvals, reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and custom objects.
- Develop and maintain integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, identity management, and other enterprise systems.
- Perform integration monitoring, troubleshooting, error handling, performance optimization, data conversion, migration, and mass data loads.
- Manage Workday releases and remediate affected integrations, reports, and configurations.
- Design and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Customer Service Contact Center solutions, including case management, queues, routing, SLAs, entitlements, knowledge management, and customer interactions.
- Configure Dynamics 365 Omnichannel, voice, chat, SMS, email, Unified Routing, Customer Service Workspace, workstreams, queues, and agent experiences.
- Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, Power Fx, plugins, custom workflow activities, and PCF controls.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using REST, OData, Dataverse APIs, and Azure services.
- Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, analytics, and customer engagement solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights where required.
- Configure Copilot and AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center where applicable.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, regression testing, production validation, and data-quality activities.
- Prepare technical designs, solution specifications, integration mappings, test scripts, deployment documentation, and support documentation.
- Provide production support and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities while following security, scalability, performance, and maintainability best practices.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering is listed in the qualifications.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Business Processes, custom reports, calculated fields, Workday Web Services, and APIs is required for the Workday responsibilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Service, Contact Center, Omnichannel, Unified Routing, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Customer Service Workspace is required for the Dynamics responsibilities.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, C# or .NET plugins, PCF Controls, REST or OData APIs, Azure Integration Services, solution management, and Power Platform ALM is listed as a key technical skill set.
- The posting lists Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 and Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate certifications.
