Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, debug, test, and optimize custom software components across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to technical and project decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management FICA.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software components in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools, plus debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.
