Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Design and implement enterprise integration solutions using Workday Core Integrations.
- Configure and customize applications to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Apply data transformation and mapping techniques in integration processes.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience designing and implementing integration solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
