Base Salary
$181k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and steward engineering best practices while mentoring other engineers.
- Analyze and solve complex problems spanning multiple user personas and workflows.
- Build and scale services and user-facing web applications.
- Develop customer-centric, scalable, and performant applications and features.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT processes.
- Build new data integrations from established requirements.
- Perform data analysis to investigate and resolve data issues.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building precise and scalable distributed systems using sound engineering practices.
- A B.A. or B.S. degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or a similar Engineering or Mathematics discipline is ideally preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with modern technology stacks including Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Postgres, and Kubernetes.
- Strong ownership, communication, resilience, assurance, and creative problem-solving abilities.
