Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver consumer and enterprise web applications.
- Write maintainable, testable, and performant software.
- Participate in code reviews and conduct extensive testing.
- Research new technologies and tools and share findings with the team.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with software development team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and delivering modern production-grade web applications in a team environment.
- Strong JavaScript programming skills with TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Front-end JavaScript framework experience with React, Angular, or a similar framework.
- Deep understanding of web application components including APIs, templating, routing, data storage, design patterns, optimization, caching, and security.
- Fundamental knowledge of HTTP, the DOM, SSL, and web servers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Nice-to-have experience with Gatsby, Remix.js, content management systems such as WordPress, AEM, or Sitefinity, cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, GraphQL, and Elasticsearch.
- BrainStation coursework is a bonus.
