Base Salary
$108k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build AI-powered agents, skills, and tools that streamline sales-team workflows.
- Contribute to requirements, design discussions, code reviews, development, testing, and production delivery.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Data teams to turn business problems into shipped solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development and testing while maintaining the quality and reliability of delivered software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience using modern engineering practices.
- Experience building web applications and RESTful APIs with C#/.NET and React/TypeScript.
- Experience with relational or search-based data platforms such as SQL Server and OpenSearch, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development or AI-powered applications, including AI coding assistants, large language models, or prompt engineering.
- Track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Strong communication skills with business and technical partners are preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and SQS is preferred.
- Experience implementing AI agents, workflow automation platforms, intelligent search solutions, or CRM and sales-facing products is preferred.
