Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications with an emphasis on ColdFusion.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Gather and define business requirements and translate them into functional and technical design specifications.
- Collaborate with development, business, stakeholders, and leadership teams to deliver projects.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, including background jobs and processes.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents according to defined service-level agreements.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Maintain code quality, scalability, and maintainability through development best practices and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Four to seven years of experience is stated in the position summary.
- Strong full-stack development experience with a focus on ColdFusion and CFML.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as ColdFusion and/or Java.
- At least three years of experience working with SQL databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Solid front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Experience delivering enterprise-level applications in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

- Base compensation is listed at $88,400–$125,100, plus benefits and additional incentives.
