Base Salary
$108k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, APIs, and cloud-native services.
- Build AI-powered products, intelligent agents, LLM-powered workflows, retrieval systems, and automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and business teams to identify impactful AI and automation opportunities.
- Deliver secure, high-performance, maintainable software using automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and observability.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI frameworks, and industry trends to strengthen the technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting production-grade software applications.
- Experience developing full-stack applications with technologies such as React, TypeScript, C#, .NET, SQL Server, or AWS, or comparable technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered applications, including AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, chatbots, copilots, or agent-based systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals across architecture, testing, security, performance, and modern development practices.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams in an agile environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
- Preferred experience with agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, tool-calling frameworks, AI evaluation, orchestration platforms, distributed systems, cloud-native applications, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, S3, or Lambda.
