Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, resilient backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java.
- Implement blockchain business logic for smart contract interactions, minting and burning, asset transfers, and wallet management.
- Integrate external blockchain networks, digital asset custody and wallet providers, blockchain infrastructure, and third-party services.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, operational readiness, production support, and compliance and security activities.
- Collaborate with Architects, DevOps Engineers, Security Specialists, Product Owners, Blockchain Operations professionals, and international engineering teams.
- Support technical mentoring and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or architecture roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based development workflows.
- Good understanding of distributed systems, system integration, API design, and scalability patterns.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile organizations and fluent English communication at C1 level or above.
- Practical understanding of blockchain technologies and digital asset workflows.
