Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Develop microservice-based applications on cloud-native platforms.
  • Create integration solutions between internal banking systems and digital asset platforms.
  • Build secure, highly available, and resilient services for financial transactions and business-critical processes.
  • Support distributed financial platforms and contribute to digital asset, tokenization, and blockchain-related initiatives.
  • Work on transaction workflows, settlement processes, custody integrations, and digital asset servicing capabilities.
  • Participate in architecture discussions covering scalability, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Build automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines while improving observability, monitoring, logging, and operational resilience.
  • Support production environments and participate in incident resolution activities.
  • Apply secure coding and software development practices while collaborating with security, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, SREs, Security Specialists, and global engineering teams.
  • Share knowledge through engineering communities, demos, and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or architecture roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git-based development workflows.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, system integration, API design, and scalability patterns.
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technology domains.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with C1-level fluency or above.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working in Agile organizations.
  • Prior blockchain experience is welcome but not required.
