Base Salary

$153k - $376k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and ship high-quality full-stack features using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Ruby, Go, and C++.
  • Own product areas that affect user experience, internal productivity, collaboration, or revenue operations.
  • Collaborate with product, design, data science, support, and sales partners to shape product direction and solve complex problems.
  • Operate and monitor systems with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
  • Mentor peers, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and maintaining complex production systems or products.
  • Full-stack experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript and backend technologies such as Ruby, Python, Go, and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred experience includes B2B SaaS, billing or payments infrastructure, developer platforms, enterprise-scale systems, experimentation, observability, compliance automation, internal tools, extensibility platforms, plugins, APIs, widgets, or open source developer communities.
  • Familiarity with Stripe, Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, SCIM, SAML, or WebAssembly is a plus.
  • Interest in mentoring, leading initiatives, sharing knowledge, and creating maintainable developer or user experiences is preferred.
