Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test plans for new features.
Develop, implement, and maintain load, stress, and endurance testing frameworks.
Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and performance metrics.
Collaborate with SRE and backend teams to identify performance bottlenecks.
Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
Validate critical background jobs for accuracy and performance.
Own and evolve regression and smoke testing suites.
Act as a quality champion to improve test coverage.
Manage testing across various data store versions and types.
Handle customer escalations and perform root cause analysis.

8+ years of professional experience in QA testing.
Deep expertise in Performance Testing and Engineering methodologies.
Proficiency with performance testing tools like JMeter and k6.
Strong expertise in test automation with tools like Playwright and Selenium.
Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for testing containerized applications.
Experience testing systems interacting with diverse data stores.
Understanding of software testing methodologies including performance and scalability testing.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated performance checks.
Excellent problem-solving skills for complex testing challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
