Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify recurring field patterns and blockers, converting them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams on development practices and long-term adoption.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical and executive Mandarin-speaking audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience taking production-grade AI solutions from conception to customer launch.
- Fluent Mandarin communication skills for engaging clients in Greater China.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: experience leading technical discovery sessions and knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
