Base Salary
$154k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support by assessing merchant feasibility, scoping integration paths, and setting technical expectations with Account Managers.
- Design and recommend merchant onboarding architectures using direct SP-API, feed syndicators, or platform partners.
- Guide merchants, developers, and syndicators through SP-API role access, catalog feed setup, and validation.
- Diagnose live integration blockers and coordinate with search, product, and engineering teams to resolve them.
- Surface recurring technical friction to product and engineering teams to improve the platform and onboarding process.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual onboarding effort and create documented, repeatable integration playbooks.
- Maintain pipeline visibility and merchant relationship records in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- Preferred: experience with SAP clean core design concepts and non-SAP technologies in areas such as generative or agentic AI and data and analytics.
