Base Salary
$175k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create the customer onboarding and education playbook for Sierra’s Agent SDK and Agent Studio.
- Lead developer training and enablement programs.
- Produce technical documentation, educational videos, onboarding paths, and sample repositories for SDK adoption.
- Develop and deploy AI Agents as an Agent Software Engineer.
- Publish developer case studies and success stories with marketing teams.
- Build an in-person, global community around AI Agent development.
Requirements
- Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least four years of hands-on software development for highly technical products or experience in developer relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead hands-on training sessions.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with modern software development, especially developer tooling, SDKs, and APIs.
- Experience designing and executing technical training, certification, or community initiatives.
- Passion for helping enterprise customers learn to build AI Agents.
- Previous experience developing agents with open-source tools such as LangGraph or interacting with MCP servers is preferred.
- Familiarity with agent platforms, developer communities, or early-stage developer product ecosystems is preferred.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and comfort coding with Claude, Codex, or Cursor is preferred.
- Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams is preferred.
