Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert across project teams.
- Manage team execution, make technical decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and oversee application integrations and data flows.
- Implement best practices to improve team productivity and project quality.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Workday Recruiting is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Recruiting is required.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application design and configuration is required.
- Experience leading software development projects and coordinating with diverse teams is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions is required.
- Familiarity with application integration techniques and data flow management is required.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing requirements and translating them into technical specifications are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
