Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Integrate EDI systems with enterprise applications and resolve complex data-exchange issues.
- Apply data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in EDI environments.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, help manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Proficiency in EDI and experience integrating EDI systems with enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues related to data exchange.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation within EDI environments.
- Competence with communication protocols and standards relevant to EDI.
- 15 years of full-time education.
