Base Salary
$138k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to engineering initiatives through hands-on coding, design, and architecture.
- Communicate with product management to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Lead architectural decisions and drive technical roadmap execution.
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality.
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices and quality standards.
- Mentor developers and provide guidance for their growth.
- Work with systems handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy and compliance training.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong background in modern web development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like NextJS.
- Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and databases.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Experience building LLM-powered applications is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Experience in Healthcare IT or regulated environments is a plus.
