Responsibilities
- Own the quality strategy for major features and initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable automated test suites.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve testability and software quality.
- Enhance CI/CD pipeline reliability by reducing flaky tests.
- Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve automation efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging testing technologies and quality engineering practices.
- Establish engineering-wide quality standards through mentoring and collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering or SDET roles.
- Experience designing and maintaining automated tests for complex systems.
- Deep understanding of quality strategy and risk assessment.
- Experience in modern CI/CD environments and test optimization.
- Familiarity with modern testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
- Experience in cloud-native or Kubernetes-based environments is desirable.
- Ability to identify quality gaps and drive continuous improvement.
