Responsibilities
- Perform manual and exploratory testing across web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Create organized test plans and detailed test cases for new features and regression testing.
- Identify edge cases, integration gaps, and usability concerns.
- Write detailed bug reports to help engineering teams resolve issues quickly.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve feature testability.
- Support release readiness by executing regression testing and validating fixes.
- Leverage modern testing tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or manual QA roles.
- Experience in manual and exploratory testing across web applications and APIs.
- Ability to create structured test plans and document software defects.
- Experience in Agile development environments and CI/CD processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Experience with basic automation tools or scripting is a plus.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud-native applications is desirable.
