Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for new and existing product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle to ensure smooth releases.
- Communicate technical requirements to stakeholders and solve technical problems in a scalable way.
- Mentor junior team members by providing technical guidance and engaging in pair programming.
- Participate in planning by identifying major tasks and estimating work.
- Write comprehensive tests to ensure code functions as expected.
- Review code to maintain high quality and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Generate and review documentation on code processes for scalability.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in development.
- Be available for on-call rotational work to resolve emergencies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in Go.
- Experience in software development best practices and coding standards.
- Ability to solve moderately complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
