Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and technical decisions for custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, implementation, and delivery lifecycle of software projects.
- Plan and execute software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to clarify requirements and guide key decisions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Conversational AI applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Conversational AI.
- Proficiency in Conversational AI, including designing and implementing scalable conversational interfaces and natural language processing systems.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and custom software development best practices.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve Conversational AI capabilities.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and developing innovative solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies relevant to Conversational AI applications.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
