Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Extend the financial expression language (MXL) by adding new functions and optimizing execution.
- Design and implement workflow orchestration for multi-step fund operations.
- Model fund mechanics including allocations and carry calculations to ensure accurate financial flows.
Requirements
- Experience building systems where correctness is critical, such as financial calculations or billing engines.
- Strong skills in abstraction design and modeling domain logic.
- Proficiency in server-side languages and frameworks, preferably Python and Django.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and transactions.
- Experience with configurable systems that handle variability across use cases.
- Knowledge of platform/cloud technologies and distributed systems, with AWS experience as a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
