Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, pre-sales solution design, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Assess customer infrastructure environments and design optimized OpenShift-based architectures.
- Implement OpenShift platforms, including OpenShift Virtualization, and lead migrations from traditional virtualization platforms.
- Provide technical leadership during delivery and advise customers and partners on infrastructure and platform roadmaps.
- Partner with Sales and Account teams to shape opportunities and present solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Drive automation, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code practices while contributing reusable assets and internal best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, consulting, or platform engineering roles.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or customer-facing roles supporting complex solution sales cycles.
- Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and KVM, including migration strategies.
- Experience with OpenShift Virtualization or similar VM modernization approaches.
- Understanding of enterprise compute, storage, and networking infrastructure.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform and with infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and architectures.
- Fluent English communication skills; Red Hat certifications are a plus.
