Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions focused on IT Asset Management, including Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and IT Operations Management.
- Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies for asset lifecycle management and enterprise software license requests.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST API and SOAP API.
- Maintain compliance with ServiceNow best practices and support platform performance.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Follow Mastercard security policies, protect information confidentiality and integrity, report suspected security incidents, and complete required security training.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software development or software integration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML.
- Advanced experience with REST, SOAP, and Python-based API integrations.
- Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
- Experience with Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and IT Operations Management modules.
- Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, and JAMF.
- Ability to explain technical problems succinctly and communicate clearly.
- Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules is preferred.
