Responsibilities
- Understand application requirements and convert business and end-user needs into working documentation.
- Lead application design and development across the full software development lifecycle.
- Perform unit testing, support QA and UAT phases, and resolve identified issues.
- Implement applications in production and complete post-production checks.
- Partner with solution architects and data architects on effective solutions, logical data models, and optimized physical database designs.
- Develop scripting and automation supporting development, QA, database environments, and production deployments.
- Proactively resolve difficult technical issues and participate in projects through multiple phases.
- Lead and collaborate with multicultural, multidisciplinary teams across regions and time zones.
- Keep management informed of work activities and schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Information technology experience and people management experience.
- Experience with C#, .NET, Razor, JavaScript, NUnit, Angular, TypeScript, Java, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
- Experience with application design, development, testing, deployment, database environments, and production support.
- Ability to work with architects and end users to gather requirements and prepare development documentation.
- Strong English spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, flexible, innovative, and solution-oriented approach.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Additional experience with Databricks, SSIS/SSRS, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Hangfire, jQuery, Vue, Bootstrap, PowerShell scripts, and big data technologies or environments such as Hive, Impala, HBase, and Cloudera is a plus.
