Base Salary

$144k - $374k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI agentic systems and frameworks based on foundation models, LLMs, and SLMs.
  • Develop and advise on Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness AI systems, including hands-on trust, control, harness, and data capabilities.
  • Integrate external tools for model monitoring, security, safety, and compliance.
  • Coordinate firmwide AI adoption and align AI initiatives across business, technical, product, and EY teams.
  • Serve as a player-coach and member of the Enterprise Architecture Council while guiding enterprise platform initiatives.
  • Monitor AI trends, model architectures, trust frameworks, control patterns, and emerging technologies.
  • Translate governance requirements into scalable technical solutions and influence senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of AI foundation-model frameworks and platforms including Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, and Deepseek.
  • Experience with observability, safety, and governance tooling.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI platforms including Nvidia, MSFT, and Crew.
  • Proven track record building and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle management and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience integrating governance tools into hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong leadership, cross-functional communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary ranges from $144,000 to $329,100 in other U.S. locations, $172,800 to $359,000 in New York City, Boston, Washington DC Metro, Washington State, and Southern California offices, and $180,000 to $374,000 in Bay Area California offices.
