Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to evaluate technology choices.
- Review other developers’ code and provide feedback on style, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience programming in Python or Go.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and at least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems, or working with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience with AI algorithms.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with Generative AI Agents.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.

- US base salary of $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
