Responsibilities
- Prototype and ship full-stack product features across frontend, backend, and LLM integration layers.
- Design and refine agent pipelines and prompt workflows for AI-powered user experiences.
- Translate enterprise customer feedback and real-world usage into production-grade product iterations.
- Make pragmatic architectural decisions about building, tuning, or orchestrating AI components.
- Use AI coding tools and agents to accelerate development.
- Own features end to end and contribute across the stack as needed.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in full-stack TypeScript.
- Experience building, prompting, tuning, and integrating LLMs into shipped products through professional work, side projects, or hackathons.
- Evidence of exceptional engineering ability or trajectory, such as shipped products, rapid career progression, open-source contributions, or hackathon wins.
- Strong product instincts and creative drive for AI-powered user experiences.
- High agency, entrepreneurial mindset, reliable communication, and consistent follow-through.
- Experience shipping products in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Comfort working across frontend, backend services, and prompt workflows with full feature ownership.
- Based in Berlin and willing to work in person or hybrid with the team; in-person collaboration is important.
