Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a reliable, accessible, easy-to-use SaaS product.
- Influence technical decisions and documentation while driving sustainable solutions for future growth.
- Improve development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
- Own major technical decisions, address system bottlenecks, and ensure product quality.
- Maintain technical roadmaps with engineering leadership and align project priorities with business goals.
- Manage and prioritize projects and initiatives across multiple teams.
- Foster ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Model and develop Product Software Engineering practices.
- Mentor and guide engineers through feedback, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Staff Engineer or Technical Lead.
- Extensive experience with Go on the backend and React on the frontend.
- Knowledge of architecture and design patterns.
- Ability to drive technical direction and evaluate architectural trade-offs and long-term impacts.
- Experience managing architecture projects across multiple development teams, roadmaps, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Product and Design Leaders to deliver customer value in an Agile environment.
- Passion for building high-quality software and fostering diversity and inclusion.
