Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative Seller Center features to improve the online retail experience.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to develop effective solutions.
Use the SCAYLE platform to manage product and order information efficiently.
Optimize application performance through targeted SQL query improvements.
Conduct code reviews and promote high standards and continuous improvement of the codebase.
Provide technical support and analyze and resolve issues to maintain a stable and reliable service.
Evaluate and integrate AI-supported features to optimize and automate workflows.

At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience with Django 5.x, Tailwind, HTMX, or other JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or comparable data storage solutions.
Strong commitment to clean, efficient, maintainable code and high codebase quality.
Experience working in an English-speaking environment.
German comprehension at C1 level; active German language skills are advantageous but not required.
Very strong coding skills with Python and deep Django expertise are preferred.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is preferred.
Open-source contributions, greenfield or startup experience, and the ability to adapt products quickly to market requirements are advantageous.
