Base Salary
$225k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary trading and risk software solutions.
- Build exchange-data decoders, market-data normalizers, and applications supporting communication about executed trades.
- Research complex problems and apply statistical analytics to large datasets using a data-driven approach.
- Advocate for innovative technical solutions through clear communication.
- Collaborate with software developers, quantitative traders, researchers, and business analysts in cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related science discipline.
- Have an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Have exposure to network programming such as TCP/IP, multithreaded applications, computational intelligence, algorithms, real-time programming, or GUI programming.
- Understand object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Demonstrate software development skills in C++, Python, or Java.
- Have strong problem-solving, analytical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Show eagerness to learn, apply technical knowledge, and understand the impact of code.
