Responsibilities
- Own and evolve GitHub as an enterprise platform, including its structure, access, governance, and integrations.
- Define and drive enterprise SDLC standards and golden paths.
- Lead development of a developer portal and self-service engineering capabilities.
- Drive Developer Experience initiatives that reduce developer friction and improve productivity.
- Promote modern DevOps and software engineering practices across the organization.
- Partner with architecture, security, and platform teams to balance autonomy and compliance.
- Drive adoption of developer platforms, tools, and engineering standards across a large federated organization.
- Participate in Lean Thinking projects and activities, including EMS/EAI.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Developer Experience principles, developer productivity, developer portals, self-service platforms, developer journey optimization, and platform engineering.
- Proven experience driving adoption of developer platforms, tools, and engineering standards across large, federated organizations.
- Strong experience running GitHub or a similar platform at enterprise scale.
- Advanced proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to translate governance into developer-friendly platforms.
- Fluent English.
