Responsibilities

Set up agentic workflows for diverse client projects and business problems.
Use AI coding agents and low-code or no-code platforms to accelerate reliable solution delivery.
Create agent harnesses, prompts, workflows, evaluations, and guardrails.
Test, validate, and monitor AI-generated and AI-assisted solutions.
Help teams identify appropriate AI use cases and determine when human review or traditional engineering is required.
Document reusable patterns and best practices for responsible AI adoption.
Translate business problems into practical AI-assisted solutions and support wider team adoption.

At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
At least 2 years of experience with generative AI and coding assistants, including tools such as Codex, Claude, or Copilot.
Production experience building agentic solutions and workflows, including long-running agents.
Hands-on experience with public cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
Deep knowledge of software engineering practices including SOLID, TDD/BDD, Clean Code, CI/CD, refactoring, design patterns, containerization, observability, security, and QA.
Experience working in enterprise environments and with customers.
Fluent English communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Preferred: machine learning experience, understanding of LLMs and ML technologies, data engineering experience, team leadership or influence without authority, and client-facing or consulting experience.
