Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and support analytics and testing for Markets Front Office Interest Rates.
- Use Python and C++ to analyze multiple datasets and prepare management information for scenario analysis.
- Rapidly prototype ideas while maintaining a high degree of data integrity and meeting quick turnaround requirements.
- Collaborate with Quants, IT, project management teams, trading desks, structuring desks, and Citi control functions.
- Support governance, control infrastructure, responsible finance, supervision, and risk/reward assessment.
Requirements
- Prior relevant experience is required.
- Strong technical and programming skills in Python and C++ are required.
- Experience with Rates products and knowledge or interest in interest rates is desirable.
- A master’s or PhD in mathematics, physics, engineering, or a similar field is required.
- Ability to communicate project progress and project importance clearly to non-technical clients is required.
- Ability to focus on major projects, deliver promptly, and manage day-to-day requirements is required.
