Responsibilities
- Own software capabilities from requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, and subsequent support.
- Design, develop, and deliver pricing, risk, price distribution, and other corporate credit trading technology.
- Translate business needs from the Corporate Credit business unit into technical projects.
- Improve trader efficiency, platform performance and stability, automation, and time to market.
- Collaborate with global technology teams, trading, strats, COO, and other business stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and take on management responsibility for developers and contractors as opportunities arise.
- Apply AI agents and frontier tooling to software development, design, and system capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant industry experience with Java or .NET.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, new and legacy systems, data structures, design patterns, collections, and multithreaded programming.
- Proven track record of delivery, technical leadership, and software project management.
- Experience using AI for support, development, and design, with some ability to work with current AI agents.
- Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team and demonstrate strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Preferred knowledge of Scala and Python.
- Preferred hands-on experience with agentic or frontier software development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Sourcegraph AMP.
