Responsibilities
- Own deployment architecture conversations and execution.
- Manage the full infrastructure lifecycle for critical customers.
- Develop and maintain deployment runbooks and automation tooling.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure platform operability.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to scope infrastructure requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or solutions architecture roles.
- Deep experience with AWS services, Terraform, and cloud networking.
- Track record of managing deployments in customer-owned cloud environments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong operational instincts regarding upgrades and monitoring.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
