Responsibilities
- Architect and build complex, user-facing features across primary translation products.
- Create an interface that feels instant for B2C users while handling enterprise-level collaboration.
- Make high-stakes technical decisions regarding state management and API integrations.
- Collaborate with Research, Product, and Design teams to create intuitive user experiences.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and focus on high-value problem-solving.
Requirements
- Strong backend experience with C# and Python, and familiarity with JavaScript for front-end work.
- A product-first mindset that prioritizes user experience and business impact.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Understanding of complex UI/UX systems and backend architecture.
- Bonus points for experience with document analysis, OCR, or legacy enterprise systems.
