Responsibilities
- Build and deploy end-to-end features across high-performance frontend UIs, streaming audio backend services, and AI inference integrations.
- Debug and resolve real-time communication issues including latency spikes, transcript flicker, audio glitches, and unstable network environments.
- Prototype new features quickly and refactor them for scale.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI researchers to scope and solve product and technical challenges.
- Improve automation and documentation when identifying operational or developer-workflow inefficiencies.
Requirements
- Full-stack fluency with React and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Experience shipping backend services with Node.js and TypeScript, or a strongly transferable language with willingness to ramp.
- Experience with real-time technologies such as WebRTC, WebSockets, streaming architectures, and latency-sensitive systems.
- Ability to build and deploy end-to-end features and debug transcript flicker, audio glitches, latency spikes, and unstable network conditions.
- Product-first mindset focused on customer experience and enterprise impact.
- Ability to work effectively with product managers, product designers, and AI researchers.
- High agency, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to use AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
