Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new product features from scratch based on customer requests and team insights.
- Design, build, and ship end-to-end solutions, including frontend interfaces and backend systems.
- Engage with customers to understand their pain points and prototype effective solutions.
- Iterate on prototypes based on real user feedback to refine product offerings.
- Collaborate with the CEO and engineering team to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering and knowledge of ML/AI systems.
- Ability to quickly develop working prototypes from ideas.
- Product-oriented mindset with a focus on user needs and workflows.
- Creative and opinionated approach to AI agent capabilities.
- Strong communication skills to articulate project goals and learnings.
