Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new product features from scratch based on customer needs, team ideas, and observed compliance workflows
- Design, build, and ship complete frontend, backend, AI integration, and infrastructure solutions
- Talk with customers, prototype solutions, test with real users, and iterate on the results
- Work with the CEO and core engineering team to prioritize experiments and shape the product roadmap
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and working knowledge of ML and AI systems
- Ability to build end-to-end across backend, frontend, model integration, and infrastructure
- Ability to rapidly create and evaluate working prototypes
- Strong product instincts and an understanding of user workflows and problems
- Creativity, clear communication, and willingness to iterate based on real user feedback
