Base Salary
$175k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own core product features that power thousands of AI agents solving logistics problems.
- Translate customer business needs into reliable, scalable software and serve as a connection between engineering and customers.
- Design and implement data pipelines and backend systems capable of scaling from hundreds to millions of users.
- Ship end-to-end SaaS features with rapid customer feedback and measurable impact.
- Collaborate on architecture, product decisions, and technical direction.
- Help define product engineering practices as an early member of the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with deeper architectural ownership and a focus on system quality and long-term maintainability.
- Strong backend and systems engineering fundamentals.
- Experience owning core product or infrastructure in a SaaS or platform environment.
- Demonstrated attention to reliability, performance, and architecture.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment.
- Preferred experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL; interviews are language-agnostic.
